Hi, I’m Medha, the Brown Therapist Mama and I am passionate about working with women on their reproductive journey. I’m a licensed therapist and certified in perinatal mental health and trauma. I work with women aged 21 and above, and offer support across preconception and fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth and postpartum, motherhood and perimenopause. I specialize in trauma and grief work, including pregnancy loss, termination, traumatic birth and infant loss.

The perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) period is hard, mentally, emotionally and physically. You are constantly on display thanks to the digital age we live in, and sometimes it seems like everything you’re doing is being judged. In a world where mom shaming is almost the norm, it’s hard to keep your equilibrium and feel confident in your choices and journey. This is where I come in. I work with the core issues underlying mom guilt, shame and rage and help you resolve symptoms of anxiety and depression. I help women like you process traumatic birth and loss, grieve and heal. A mom myself, I’m here to provide a supportive village for other moms and women on their journey to motherhood.
