Mindful Power LLC , established in 2010, is a group psychotherapy and coaching practice offering in-person and tele-health services. There are three office locations, including two in Hoboken and one in Mountainside NJ.

We serve ages four to 99 with specialties including Adult and Child Anxiety and Depression, ADHD, Trauma, Relationship Challenges, Maternal Mental Health, Fertility Counseling, Grief, OCD, and Entrepreneurial Stressors.

Our Mindful Power Team uses only evidence based modalities to support and assist clients with effectively achieving positive shifts to their mental and overall wellbeing. These modalities include CBT, CPT, EMDR, EXRP, Parental Leave Coaching, Play Therapy, Fertility Counseling, Perinatal Mental Health, and Gottman Couples Trained.

In addition, we utilize an integrative approach for our clients, that looks at ALL areas of one’s life to support a sustainable and major positive changes in one’s life.
